Brothers Reunited in Tazanahar

Two Turkmen brothers in Tazanahar who were reunited one year ago after 20 years separation in the wake of the Afghan war with the Soviets, the ensuing civil war, and the Taliban wars. They still live under continual threat from bandits and suffer from powerful landowners upstream who illegally divert their irrigation water allocations. They persevere.
